Laila is an accomplished financial services professional with more than 15 years of experience in business management and retirement plan operations. Known for her proactive leadership and operational expertise, she has played a central role in aligning financial, compliance, and client service functions to support organizational growth.

For nearly nine years, Laila served as Business Manager for a financial firm in Winter Park, where she oversaw operations, compliance, technology, and client experience—streamlining processes and ensuring seamless business performance. She later transitioned to the recordkeeping side of the industry, spending six years ensuring the accuracy and regulatory integrity of employer-sponsored retirement plans, including 401(k), 403(b), and profit-sharing plans.

Her broad experience across both advisory and recordkeeping environments allows her to bridge business efficiency with fiduciary precision—supporting both firm excellence and client success.

In addition to her financial background, Laila holds a Certified Building Contractor’s license and a Real Estate Sales Associate license. Outside of work, she enjoys good food, dancing, and spending time with her two sons, two granddaughters, and close friends.
